The Work
We spent a year with Au Vodka creating Beyond the Bottle, a behind-the-brand series that took viewers inside the world of one of the UK's fastest-growing premium spirit brands.
The brief was to go further than product promotion. We wanted to show how a brand like Au actually works: the HQ, the team, the culture and the decisions that go into building something at that pace. Each episode was designed to feel authentic, fast-paced and genuinely watchable, whether it lived on YouTube or was cut down for social.
It was a unique challenge. Spirit brands don't always lend themselves to documentary-style content, but that's exactly what made it interesting. We documented some brilliant moments in the Au journey across a mix of story-driven long-form content, short-form social edits and YouTube episodes.
The series ran from 2024 to 2025, and working on it reinforced something we already believed: the best brand content doesn't feel like marketing. It feels like you're being let in on something.
